The Plementino Belo as a white premium couvee from the house of Vinakoper already shows an intense golden color with delicate green nuances in the glass.
Each variety of the cuvée is made separately. After a short maceration, the pressed must is fermented partly in large oak barrels, partly in oak and acacia barriques, where the malolactic fermentation also takes place. Here the wine matures for 8 months on the lees.
On the nose it impresses with a diverse bouquet of acacia blossoms, peaches, dried pears, citrus fruits and dried apricots. The proportional maturation in acacia barrels in addition to its time in the oak contributes to the rounding off. We already perceive a light note of wood, vanilla and mineral hints in the fragrance.
In the mouth it shows its fullness. Velvety and well matured. Fruity notes emerge, which combine with a noble touch of wood in the finish.
Excellent and intense cuvée with a great price-performance ratio!
