Fedora Zelen - Rare variety, great wine! 

Zelen is one of the white wine varieties that we only find in the Vipava Valley. Aromatic, fresh white wines are created from it, which are often used for the production of orange wines and natural wines. As is the case with the Fedora winery.

The Fedora Zelen is a prime example of the harmony of freshness, fruit and herbal aromas. It is aged for 12 months in large oak barrels that give it depth. A bright golden yellow in color. Green fruits emerge directly in the aromas, apples, kiwis, gooseberries. Followed by melon, citrus notes and an abundance of herbal aromas.

Mineral, dry and very soft in the mouth. This is where its butteriness emerges. Aromas of various stone fruits, such as yellow plums and apricots. Pleasant acid structure that gives it balance.

The Fedora Zelen is an intense, fresh orange wine that presents this traditional variety of the Vipava Valley in its most beautiful form.
