Orange wine cuvée with a fascinating variety of aromas
The Goli Breg White is the white wine cuvée from the Fedora winery in the Vipava Valley in Slovenia. The cuvée is named after the vineyard "Goli Breg". This extends directly behind the wine cellar. The white wine varieties Rebula, Malvazija, Zelen, Laski Rizling and Vitovska can be found in Goli Breg.
All varieties grow together in the vineyard. The spontaneous fermentation takes place with the vineyard's own yeast. It ages after 21 days of maceration in wooden barrels and concrete eggs, which emphasize its true character.
The color of the natural wine is golden yellow. Intense fragrance, apples, passion fruit, yellow plums and citrus notes. Followed by herbal notes such as rosemary but also, pinewood and fine vanilla. Perfectly oily, ripe and harmonious in the mouth. Fine saltiness and beautiful minerality with a spicy finish.
The Goli Breg is a wonderful orange wine with a very harmonious variety of aromas that will stay in your memory for a long time.
