Red natural wine cuvée from the Vipava valley

The red wine blend Goli Breg from the Fedora winery in the Vipava Valley in Slovenia is named after the "Goli Breg" vineyard. This extends directly behind the wine cellar. Goli Breg contains 45% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Refosk. The three red wine varieties harmonize wonderfully with each other. The wine ferments spontaneously, without the addition of yeast and, as is usual with natural wines, comes unfiltered on the bottle. It matures for about 12 months in used barriques, which give it its structure and finesse.

The Fedora Goli Breg has a dark deep purple color. Almost an eggplant. Intense berry notes such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries in the bouquet. Very fruity and inviting. The red natural wine has a soft, playful texture in the mouth. The flavors are juicy, full-bodied and integrated into great minerality. The fruit gives it a very fresh feeling. On the palate it shows its strength and flavor.

A very harmonious and playful red wine from the Vipava Valley. A great wine experience.
