Fedora Wines Chardonnay 2017

Natural Chardonnay wine from the Vipava Valley

Chardonnay is one of only two international varieties that Valter von Fedora planted in his vineyards. It matures in large French oak barrels (500 liters), which create a real world of aromas.

It is golden yellow in color, a great orange wine. The aromas of exotic fruits, such as mango, are accompanied by the herbal notes typical of Chardonnay. In addition, refreshing citrus aromas, fine tannins and light vanilla. On the palate, we perceive exactly what we want from a beautiful orange wine. It is intense, but at the same time tender and very buttery. A mineral Chardonnay, very soft and harmonious.

The Fedora Chardonnay once again shows the class of Slovenian natural wines. Interweaving intensity, harmony and lightness in this way is great winemaking art. We are excited!
