Like all Edi Simcic wines, the Triton is aged in barriques. The white wine couvee from the Goriska Brda region in Slovenia consists of the Tokij, Malvazija, Rebula and Pint Blanc varieties.

The color is golden yellow, almost bright. The aroma is very balanced. Stone fruit like peaches and apricots, floral notes, caramel and vanilla. In addition, fine wood notes. An expressive couvée, dense and full-bodied. Especially the fruit notes reach a wonderful depth.

Due to its fruit and depth, it is also an excellent accompaniment to spicy dishes. The palate is long and creamy. Pleasant minerality.
