A pearl of the terroir from Brda

The Single Vinyard line is the premium line from the Edi Simcic winery. As the name suggests, the vines grow together in the best location. The focus on the terroir, the naturalness and materiality of the vineyards gives the white wine an incredible depth. It follows the style of French Burgundy wines. By maturing in barriques, it reveals its full potential to us.

In the nose, fruity aromas of gooseberries, combined with exotic notes of mango, kiwi and white peach. In addition, the scent of freshly mown grass. Very well structured on the palate, pleasant tannins, smoke aromas and an engaging volume. The salty minerality creates an excellent, harmonious balance.
