Top white wine cuvée from Burja

The vines for the white Stranice Cuvée grow on marl soil and are already 60 years old. Only the very best hand-picked grapes are used for this wine from Slovenia. A gathering of the white grape varieties Malvasia, Welschriesling and Ribolla Gialla. The stranice was made using the Orange Wine method. The grape juice remains on the skins for 10-12 days and is then fermented spontaneously. It then matures for 18 months in specially shaped concrete eggs, which are rarely found, and are bottled unfiltered.

This creates a wonderfully balanced orange wine. We find apple notes, notes of tropical fruits, honey and a fine spice. The Burja Stranice has a uniquely creamy texture that takes up the entire mouth. It is complemented by a nice minerality and pleasant acidity. Every sip of this wonderful orange wine brings out further notes and makes wine enjoyment something very special.

So it stands out positively from every wine series and is popular in top gastronomy in Slovenia and Germany.
